• Nutritional Analysis: Conduct nutritional assessments to ensure that energy bars meet regulatory standards and align with dietary guidelines, including considerations for macronutrient balance, micronutrient enrichment, and allergen management.
• Sensory Evaluation: Organize and oversee sensory panels to evaluate the taste, aroma, texture, and visual appeal of energy bars, utilizing consumer feedback to iterate and optimize product formulations.
